Starting 2024 off with a BANG!

Neuroscience major Leon Ruiter Lopez (Pitt class of 2024) represented the #AntoOcrahLab at the American Physician Scientists Association Conference in Georgetown, presenting his incredible work exploring resilience, female concussions and racial/ethnic disparities.

From Leon:

"The poster was a success and I had good opportunity to network [with] many researchers from NIH. There was also a presentation from Dr Fauci which I really loved (He came with 3 bodyguards, was very impressive)."
